 There wouldn't be so many deaths if russian ppl just surrendered instead of fighting to the last person. There were so many underaged irregular fighters who voluntary (!) went fighting, and when u say that it was just because Stalin sent ppl to death - that is such an underestimating of what those ppl did. We will never forget that war exactly because of so many deaths and exactly because of those great ppl who sacrificed their lives. My grandparents saw this war and they were PROUD that they took part in defending their motherland. And also - aren't other countries send their soldiers to death when they declare war? | ||

| It wasn't that Stalin SENT MILLIONS TO DEATH. There were ALOT OF ppl (including children, girls) who decided to go to war by their own will. And only because ppl REALLY wanted to protect the country from nazis they could restrain enemyfor many months, even when the number of nazis was in large excess over russians. You can read the commens of retired germans who survived the ww2 about the craziness with which ppl fought against them. And yeah, Stalin allowed us to starve - but it is better to starve defeating our country than to give up at the first days... all 4 of my grandparents were at this war so I know about this from their words #37 -

I'm an avid believer in gun rights, and while I'm not sure to what extent those rights of firearms should be, this image presents lies, misinformation, and completely misses the point of why the second amendment exists in the first place. For one, a quick google search would tell anyone that america ranks 14th in fire-arm related homicides and first in homicides in total. Second, allowing people to own guns has no relationship with laws allowing people to carry guns around in public, so acting like there's a connection between that and the mass shootings that have taken place in said places where public firearm carriage, which is most of the damn country, have any correlation. Also, comparing the amount of criminals killed by police to criminals killed by pedestrians is retarded beyond belief. COPS AREN'T SUPPOSED TO EXERCISE LETHAL FORCE UNLESS NECESSARY. The number of people they kill with guns means absolutely NOTHING. Finally, this image assumes firearms are the only method of defense against criminals. Yeah, the average crook won't mess with someone who's armed, assuming they could know they're armed in the first place, but hey, so would someone armed with a knife. Or a taser. Or a recreational hunting crossbow. Or a genuine 17th century crafted nippon steel katana passed down from generation to generation. You get the idea. The image even proved this point that guns are hardly the only method here. I don't now why people keep confusing this, but second amendment doesn't exist for home security. Vive la Revolucion. That's what it's there for. So the citizens of the country have their means of resistance against a corrupt and oppressive government, allowing them to arm and train themselves and stand a fighting chance against the standing army. Means of obtaining arms was a major part of the Revolutionary War, and so it's only natural this carried over into consideration during the founding of the country's ideals. | ||

 who so? i am from santa cruz (liberalist california town besides san fransico) with an assload of vegan restaurants, nobody acts better or smug about being vegan and nobody has given me shit for eating meat around them. Its simply an exagerated lie of the internet, and quit honestly pathetic. Rent is pretty damn expensive, don't get me wrong there is plenty of rich folks out there...but there are plenty of us on the "lower end", there is a pretty large homeless population that congregate in downtown. I no longer live there for the moment though (moved to Davis for university).  Because, if you'd have played HotS, you'd see the massive difference between it and Dota/LoL The game doesn't center around one single carry, it centers on the team. If your team's all dead, that's super bad. But in Dota, if your team is all dead it's bad, but not game ending-ly bad also, if you're behind in HotS there are plenty of ways to catch back up, personal favorite of mine #94 -

Because, if you'd have played HotS, you'd see the massive difference between it and Dota/LoL The game doesn't center around one single carry, it centers on the team. If your team's all dead, that's super bad. | well, items are all the same builds are always the same everyone in LoL and Dota 2 has their 1 singular role, that's it Each hero in HotS has at least 2 different builds, each being nearly as viable as the "best". It's all about preference, and talents are all subjective (mostly). Also, you start the game with all your abilities so there's always a teamfight at the start of the game #88 -
