If you wanna gain weight in the form of muscle mass, protein based diet (so your chicken etc), I'd say leave shakes and all that alone for now, no point sinking money until you're committed. Then you wanna work on strength based exercise, if you've got a gym membership or access to one, use it, the staff and general meat heads in there will help you wonders. However, if you're at home, and you can't afford the fancy shit, eat well, and do body weight exercises, you can find a whole host on what to do, it depends on what you want to improve. Most home workout plans will include core and upper body strength, as well as lower body in the form of squats and calf raises. Work out what you wanna do, google it, plan it out, start small (don't try and be rambo off the batt), and with steady progress you'll be on your way. Hope this helps.

It doesn't sound the same tho. It should be more powerful, I haven't played lately cos of the lack of updates, but boomstick should be the most powerful, AA12 for automatic power against sc and fp.
