Yeah, I was watching a bunch of interviews with the man, the legend, Todd Howard, and she said they're planning on getting mods to all 3 platforms. Modding tools will come out for PC early 2016, followed by Xbone modding, and then PS4 mods. I don't think he gave a time estimate for those though.

The way I got there was by going up through Undead Berg, into the Tower that leads to the Bridge and down past a defeated Havel. Is this the standard way? I don't think you can even run that way in 5 minutes, much less defeat bosses and stuff.
