I did somethign terribly irresposible, I watched 20 episodes in one day, a thing that I don't enjoyed them. So now I watch 2 or 4 every day

To be fair, I watched all the episodes in a weekend, I had to go on family trip so I downloaded all of the episodes and watched them instead of doing family things. Time well spent.

I can't remember what happened with the scythe thing, but I think it's just that her dad's weapon blood combined with a skilled meister, the resonance between Maka's father and mother was so strong that maybe a little bit of weapon blood seeped in, similar to black blood. And Death's thing I'm not really sure, I think it's something to do with being a Shinigami, but I'm not sure, I think it's relevant later in the manga, and it awakens then, I've been trying to read the manga, but I don't like reading it online, so I only read manga I own, so far I've bought 5 volumes and it goes up to the little segment where Maka fights Crona with the black blood, Maka has only just been infected with it her madness face is put on, which is chapter 18 I think.

So Kid's hair was basically the result of making an Anime that strays from the manga.

Ok, I'm going to bring this down for you, because that is the most liquid argument in existence. In the manga, Crona is referred to as "she" and the Japanese word that she's referred to with a gender neutral term, the only English word they could have used was "it" and that's demeaning.


But as for evidence for being a girl Atsushi Ohkubo (the writer/artist/publisher for Soul Eater) has released an art book, and this is one of the pictures. Note the kind of uniform that Crona is in. Myth busted.

Well, we're going to have to get very, very technical here.

Atsushi Ohkubo is very specific with character designs, like Maka constantly has the pigtails, Black Stars hair always looks like half a star and so on, Kim has dark pink hair, Crona has lighter hair, the girl in the picture has lighter hair.

Kim also wears a school uniform anyway, but the characters in the picture aren't portrayed in uniform, it's supposed to be some kind of alternate art type deal, so why would they throw in a character that was already in uniform? It doesn't make any sense. At least to me it doesn't.

Gender controversy aside, what did you think of the ending?

I guess it was cool, a good battle and a nice ending, some things were hanging, but well, all was well-ended.

I liked the part at the nearly-end when Death used the Tea Table Flop.

I also like a lot Eruka, she is forced to do all that, I think she's cool and cute

And I know what you mean about the ending, it didn't really feel like an ending, there should have been another episode as kind of an epilogue, similar to what the did with FMAB.
