the final stage of evolution would be the moment when the species is perfectly suited to all environments and suitations

i dont think its fair to say"there is no final stage of evolution" but rather that the chances of any species ever reaching it are so inexplicably minuscule that chances are it will never happen.

But wouldn't each time a species evolves and adapts to an environment it would increase the chances to survive thus be able to further evolve? So the chances would increase throughout time until it becomes 100% or close to it, right?

but it took a godamn long time to reach state of evolution weve gotten to now, and species are constantly dieing out and splitting apart and becoming new species. so the chances are crazy unlikely.

I'm saying that the chances would not be miniscule like you said as they are always increasing. But I think the water-bear or whatever it is called can already live in nearly every environment, so they are kinda the final evolution going by your criteria

plus there are other planets with other habitats and other conditions

along with more technology to be made

You also have to consider that certain traits can be helpful in some cases, yet harmful in others. Also, uni-cellular life can surive in most environments due to requireing less energy to survive, while multi-cellular life must generally stay within a certain temperature range. However, it requires much more cellular power in order to develop enough intelligence to invent and discover. There are so many pros and cons that can apply to so many features that it is hard definitely say if there is an evolutionary peak.
