i played torchlight 2 and thought this game would be worth it so i bought the golden pack
its still sitting there in my library with like 3 hours of gameplay, i can't believe how fucking much i hate it
may give the diablo 2 mod a try though

If you want a D2 mod you should try Median XL or Median XL Ultimative. I've only recently tried ultimative but I've run through XL once and both are seriously well made and worth a play. You can also use some gate changer program to connect to the modded servers and play with other people I have not done so in a while but I have it on good authority that there are still some players.
