 That reminds me of a nice-feel story: When I was in primary school there was a kid who everyone made fun of because he was fat as hell. The bullying really got to him, and he started bullying kids in return. He wasn't a happy kid. One day the entire school was forced to run a bullshit marathon 3 times around our school field. It was actually painful after the first lap to keep going - even for me, and I'm a good distance runner and was a pretty fit kid. Anyway, the kids who finished earlier were allowed to sit on the edge of the field to laugh at the kids still going. The fat kid, predictably, stopped running halfway through the first lap, sweating and stumbling. A couple of kids were making fun of him for being fat and not being able to run the whole way. It was actually sad to hear. But that motherfucker didn't quit. Fuck them. He did short burst of running whenever he could, and only slowed to a walk at times, but he never stopped moving completely. After his second lap of going as fast as he could, kids stopped making fun of him, and started shouting encouragement. This kid had the entire school cheering for him by the middle of his third lap, when he was by far the last one on the field. When he finally reached the finish line, he was so tired he was crying, he was red and sweating, and I think when he collapsed on the grass to rest he might have fainted for a bit. The school went fucking ape cheering for him. Fuck yeah, fatty from school. You're a fucking boss. #45 -
