He said_ rocket fuel_ which has it's own oxidizer. The fuel and oxidizer is carried in amounts to give a stoichiometric burn mixture, so the fire would reach maximum temperature in areas.
Since you brought up 9/11, of course jet fuel can't melt steel beams. A 10 second google search can prove that. It can, however, burn long enough and hot enough to set anything flammable in the building on fire, like the carpets, office supplies, dead bodies, aircraft aluminum, and, given enough oxygen, the steel beams. Given this and the fact that a multi-ton aircraft just hit the building it's pretty reasonable that it would collapse without any additional help.

But of course you won't listen to this because either you're too dumb to believe all the expert evidence put out about the collapses or you're a troll.
