holy shit, i guess you 15 year olds didnt know alcohol dehydrates you and that if you drink a couple liters of water prior to going to sleep after a heavy night, you wont even feel so bad the next morning.

Tips for drinking if you don't wanna feel like shit the next day:
1. Don't do heavy drinking on an empty stomach
2. If you're already fucked up, steer clear of the liquor - otherwise, go nuts
3. Before you go to sleep, if possible, drink a bunch of water, or a gatorade or something similar so you aren't so dehydrated.
4. (optional) Go puke before you go to bed, it sucks, but it gets rid of all the alcohol that hasn't digested yet, and you'll sober up a bit quicker.
5. When you wake up, eat some fuckin food and drink some water, unless you still think you're gonna puke, in which case, go puke, then eat

If you have a small glass of juice in between each drink you finish it will help keep you hydrated throughout the night and drastically reduce the effects of a hang over the next morning :)

I usually take a bottle of water right next to my bed after I've been drinking and everytime I wake up I take a good sip. Definitely helps to prevent, or at least ease, the upcoming hangover.
