All that really matters in running it is the GPU, which you can google benchmark results.

I would recommend:

- Get a cheaper Motherboard, no need to spend $225 on one

- Unless you positively want an AMD CPU, I would recommend an i5-3750k (if you plan to overclock)

- There are cheaper cases out there, but most cases are there for aesthetics, so do what you want with that.

- You can get a $70 Seagate Barracuda 2tb HDD on newegg right now

- For the graphics card I would say to just drop the GTX 660, and instead get a 7970, which is a bit more costly, but has much better performance, or save yourself $100 and get a 7870 which has a very similar performance to the GTX 660

- Don't know about the DVD-ROM, but unless if that's blu-ray, there is no reason not to get the $16 Lite-on one instead

- Unless you are going to be overclocking like crazy, you shouldn't need that kind of water-cooling, instead going for an after-market heatsink.

- There really isn't much point of spending more than $30 on a keyboard, especially for a gaming keyboard if it doesn't include mechanical keys.

- I would stick with Windows 7 as of now, as windows 8 won't be very good until SP1 comes out

Yeah, but it's going to take me a while to earn the money, so by the time i can get it (i'm also going to buy the OS last) it should be compatible with steam and everything else.

Also, there is a sale on a 7970 on NCIX.US, which comes out cheaper than the GTX 660 and is a better card:
