I kind of have. the reason you're so awkward and anti-social is because you're unconfident, and the reason you're unconfident is because you're insecure. Get rid of some of your insecurities, whatever they are, or at least find people who can tolerate them if they are actual problems. people who aren't awkward are often not afraid to make a social mistake, but are also cool and collected enough not to make one when their guard is down. practice doing things that are out of your comfort zone, and don't be afraid to be social and look like an idiot when you are around people you don't know, just for practice.

I like watching documentaries if they're about things I'm interested in like war, diseases, propaganda, ect. Super Size Me is definitely one I'd skip on though if I had the choice, I had to watch it for health class because some of my classmates are retarded and don't understand that "Constantly eating unhealthy food will quickly make you a fatass."
