In the words of Liberal trash who are fine with no privacy
"if you are innocent you should have nothing to hide"I would put a higher likelihood in the condom working and her being a cheating whore than the condom miraculously being the 4% that fail and her being innocent
4% is far from a miracle. In actuality, a 4% chance is a huge margin considering a sexual active relationship. Let's say a couple has sex twice a week(being just dating and not married, so basically just on the weekends because they don't live together and only have enough free time on their schedules on the weekends), that's 104 times a year(more if you count multiple times in a single day), 208 in a healthy 2 year long relationship. To say out of those 208 condoms, that 1 fails is almost guaranteed considering the fact that statistically 8 of them should be.
Then you might say "then why it doesn't happen all the time?". And the simple answer is: getting pregnant is hard. Most of the times, couples have to try multiple times, so that shrinks the chance of it happening by accident a lot, because the defective comdoms must coincide with her fertile time and the small sperm percentage that passes has to be healthy and lucky enough to reach the eggs.
You dont have to tell her.
Any decent partner would understand your need for reassurance. Being respectful of your partners worries and insecurities rather than taking them personally is an important part of healthy relationships.
In other words, if she's the kind of girl to blow up when you ask for a paternity test, she's the kind you shouldn't trust in the first place.
That's fair. You are correct, after a direct conversation, both will naturally reach the conclusion that the test is necessary.
- Dude, marvel managed to make Gamora work with a black actress …
Not everything is a race issue
Exactly my point.
Cast a black actress if you want but at least make a fucking effort to stick to the source material.
Gamora was green after all wasn't she?
Gamora didn't look like a hood rat.
yeah that's their point

I'm going to guess the entire team can pass for human?
Meaning, they will all have a (blatantly obvious) race (or else be vaguely White)?
The general viewing public and the diversity monitors amongst the pundits are going to care what the aliens
like, and the way it is usually counted, anyone who isn't passing or "strongly coded" as a particular human minority is counted as a "White" character (even worse, this can mean
who would count towards diversity, being "hidden" as "White"...should I bring up Waylon Jones, for example, who fans know is Black, but no longer looks human, so "fans" who write the public opinion pieces very much counted him as White...even though they heavily-handed indicated otherwise several times, in recent movies?).
