Honestly don't know. I don't do cardio, I just use my job as a workout. I work bulk for a retail chain, which means I'm using all the muscles in my body and moving varying amounts of weight. I've dropped the fat and upped the muscle a hell of a lot. The Uni student studying fitness wants to say that as long as you don't get the munchies and fuck up your diet you'll be fine.

Yeah, just getting over a double. Scored bronchitis and some other chest infection. And when you work nights in the middle of winter, on a back dock that's full of dust and dirt and shit, it doesn't do much for your chest or throat. Nor does shifting pallets full of potting mix & cow shit -_- I've been sick for that past fortnight, but same to you!
