This night just gone, I went to Snitch, in Fortitude Valley here in Brisbane. It's an alternative club, with death metal, screamo and all that. The best part of the night? Dancing my arse off to Strawberry Kisses by Nikki Webster while wearing a buffalo hat. I have no shame.

I listen to Brutal death metal and stuff like that,
but everytime I hear that song I go in softy gay mode

Honestly, I dicked around for a few years trying to figure out what I wanted to do. You wouldn't be able to tell from that picture, but a few years ago, while I was still in school, I was a really big computer geek. And I mean, stereotypical movie geek sort of thing. At first I was all "Woo, IT!" Then it was "Woo, Army/Air Force!" Then I finally got my head out of my arse and settle on fitness. Dropped 30 kilo in 6 months, with nothing more than a diet change, and now I'm the only person at work who can benchpress a barbie. Winning.

I'm really happy everyone is taking this seriously. I'm gonna leave this up for 24 hours and which ever one wins is probably going to be the one I do.

Yeah and it's all working, the shakes were just on top of that. I'm going on holiday on the 17th, so I'm planning on heavy weight low rep till the end of the month and then tone purely until then.

Fair enough, I have always been a tiny build so it's just an attempt to put on the weight I guess.

Have you tried upping your caloric intake? Like, having a lot of protein and carbs, and going HAM when you lift? Like heavy weights, low reps? That usually helps people who want to up their weight.
