comradewinter (12/30/2015) [-] Seeing as most European countries with lenient immigration policies went from <1% Muslim population to nearly 20% in a span from the 70's to today, and with exponentially rising numbers, it's not a farfetched theory, it's a fact. The question isn't begged whether or not the European race will perish, as that is already established, but whether or not the European culture will survive. Some mean immigrants adapt, some mean they mix, others that they don't. As far as it goes, Europe as we know it is fucked. But that would be conservative talk, as it has been said multiple times. If the newer generations want it, then let them have it. Hopefully I won't be around for it, and I doubt I will, but there is no denying that Europe has a terminal change incoming. I'm not saying Europe's not going to change, because if history shown us anything, it definitely will. I'm saying that European culture and race are both going to survive. Depending on how the immigrants react, the culture will change but it will remain largely the same. Race will also become more diverse, but it's a simple fact that whites will always outnumber them in those countries. Not that it would really matter if it was just blacks from America. #95 -
comradewinter (12/30/2015) [-] Whites won't outnumber non-whites if the birth rate for whites remain at ~1.50 and non-whites are higher. In some countries the white birth rate is down to ~1.30. It's not even a sustainable population growth in itself. The only possible way it can decrease is if immigrants reduce theirs to similar levels, but that is a far stretch, and the policies just keep becoming more and more lenient as the immigrant population is allowed to vote for more pro-immigrant politicians. The older immigrant generations might drop in birthrate, but with a steady supply of fresh ones it will remain high. Not to mention the incoming stampede of Gulf citizens when the oil runs dry and/or becomes obsolete. Just imagine a bunch of people used to live in luxury suddenly stagnating, it would simply spell yet another migrant crisis.

swiftshadow (12/30/2015) [-] I think one of the things I found most interesting about him is that he makes the comment about feeling the pull of the light side. I have heard of jedi feeling the pull of the dark side but I never considered it worked both ways. I thought he seemed bad ass at first. Then we see moments when he throws his temper tantrums that kill that feeling a bit. I think the thing that killed it the most was seeing that hair cut after he removed his helmet. That caught me off guard. I always felt like Luke was a little bitch through the original trilogy and now he looks like he could be pretty bad ass so it is possible we could see the same kind of change in kylo. I just dread that the entire trilogy is going to mirror the original. If he dies to save a single person then I am going to be pretty upset.

| is mass erect worth playing? I've always seen it as cancer, but mostly cause my brother liked it and I've always liked to dislike what he likes, so I honestly have no idea If you like a game that focuses on story and specific characters, who you might grow to like over the course of the game, and if you like making your own choices that have consequences in the future, this is the game for you. The combat, if I remember correctly, isn't anything to shake a stick at until the 2nd and 3rd, but the conversations and characters are top notch. If you're on the fence, I'd recommend renting the game if you have a console. #1373735 -

Individually, they are important makeup of each one, but together they complete it. Father, Son, and Spirit, three, and yet, one. Working as a unit Wouldn't God want to make his religion straight forward and not open to interpretation?

anon (12/29/2015) [-] In the Bible it literally says all sins are equal except blaspheming the Holy Spirit. And there is not one mention of purgatory. Wouldn't blasphemy against the Holy Spirit be blasphemy against God himself? Since the Holy Spirit is God, just like the Father and the Son. That part of the theology is really screwy and kind of open to interpretation so long as it works with established doctrine. The only definitive answer I can give is that the Church teaches that the three members of the Holy Trinity are all one person but separate. I dunno. #119 -

| Bad Weakest story of the three DA games- it lacks the high-fantasy mixed with intrigue of Origins, and doesn't have the same personal touch as 2. Iron Bull- One of the worst and most annoying Bioware companions of all time, up there with James Vega and Mission Vao. Also throws the lore out of the window and makes the Qunari look retarded, compared to Sten and the Arishok's disagreeable but understandable opinions. Krem- A good idea (which contradicts the lore) done terribly and with a very heavy hand The ending- I honestly think the ending of the base game is worse than Mass Effect 3 (with EC), it's very anticlimactic and has a boring boss fight. There's also only one possible ending. A huge disappointment compared to the great endings of Dragon Age 2, and the wide selection of options in Origins. Side Quests- Absolutely atrocious. A terrible example of how to do quests in an open world game. I honestly preferred Skyrim because that at least had some good side quests and the Thieves Guild quest line was great. Open World- Way too big for no reason. I wouldn't call it empty, but it's not as dense as TW3's or arguably Skyrim's. Progression in some areas is locked behind arbitrary collection quests. To get to an area in the desert place (which houses several quests including Cassandra's personal one), you need to collect shards which is boring as hell. I also dislike the open world in this game because it's success among (I can feel my neckbeard sprouting already) "casual gamers" is already encouraging other games to conform to the Empty Open World trend (eg. MGSV, ME4, etc.). 6.5/10 | ||

| The thing is, lightsabers are fundamentally different than other melee weapons. They only weigh what, two pounds? Honestly, if you have fine wrist-control, you don't need all the waving about or overhead swings, since all it has to do is touch you. Even in the other films they state that it takes a ton of specific training and practice to use one. | ||

hey man, I wanted to thank you for posting content. I looked over your profile. Although this is a copy and paste message, I wanted to say I appreciate you contributing to FJ.
FJ got hit hard with a lot of downtime recently. I'm working hard to improve the site, adding new features (mp4s, webms, and GIFs in comments, new comment features, etc) and trying to make the site better for mobile.
Can you keep posting on the site? That would mean a lot to me. Thanks.
