Dont watch it. The whole fire nation is Indian Sand Niggers and you cant fucking tell them apart. It takes 7 earthbenders to lift one rock, while if Toph stubbed her fucking toe she would cause an earth quake. And not to mention, Toph isnt even in the movie.

Don't watch it. It's actually pretty racist and all m night talked about in interviews were the movies diversities. more than half of the cast was indian when in the show there was only 1 indian(the guru). There are more indians than there are oriental asians

New York City would be the absolute best place for a Fallout game.

It would also fit neatly into canon, as I'm sure that that is the "acting seat" of the government of America in the Fallout Universe.

i would love if it were new York but i remember reading on the fallout forums that it was flooded but i have no clue if thats canon but if that is canon then the would be an awesome obstacle kinda like how fallout 3 had very large amount of places with radiation and if you turned on hardcore mode on new Vegas your obstacle was the desert

Even though I'm biased to want to revisit Texas (Fallout: Brotherhood of Steel isn't canon) I would fucking LOVE to explore New York City in a post apocalyptic frame.

Imagine scouring through the tunnels of broken down sewer systems only to encounter huge Crocs or even mutated Crocodyllian People. Or even to walk down Time Square with the billboards and Neon Lights flickering around you, some half falling down... That would be... amazing.
User avatar #72 - iRetaliate (07/10/2012) [-]
I was thinking like...

You know how New Vegas's big venue was The Strip, and Fallout 3's was the National Mall? New York could have multiple "big venues" like Time Square, Madison Square Garden, Ellis Island and Yankee Stadium.

And the story could be pretty cool. Like some crazy scientist has gone back to making nuclear weapons or something, and you have to go and stop the New Manhattan Project.

User avatar #66 - iRetaliate (07/10/2012) [-]
In real life? Yes.

But to make it make sense, the world would have to be huge. You would need to encompass the entire city, and the barren slums and exterior suburbs. As a matter of mention, it's less of a case of urban sprawl than San Francisco.

There would be absolutely no reason to go back to L.A. in Fallout 4. Fallout 1 was based in the L.A. area, and by the time everything was done in that [By lore standards] everything was on the rise, Fallout: New Vegas shows that the NCR is frail, but widespread, but things aren't as bad as they once were.

Fallout 4, Logically would be placed in either "The Commonwealth", Mass. or in Detroit as if they keep going east from the west coast it would be a nice area to explore. FOOL (Renamed Project V13) is supposedly set to be in Detroit, but as it's not sanctioned by Bethesda, the official and legal holder of the Fallout title, It could still be put into Detroit for all is known.

Fallout 1 was based in south California, more specifically the Los Angeles area, And the entire area is relativity civilized, as it's been 120 years since the events of the Vault Dweller took place from the last game released, Fallout: New Vegas. Fallout 2 itself took place in Northern California, Southern parts of Oregon, and Western parts of Nevada.

TL;DR: There should be no reason to throw the game into L.A.

i wonder where the location would be ive been thinking it would be pretty bad ass in Chicago or some place like that
User avatar #50 - metalpersian (07/10/2012) [-]
Yea, or maybe somewhere foreign.... like Thailand..... just throwing suggestions around
User avatar #53 - piehumper (07/10/2012) [-]
yeah that would be pretty bad ass but if i remember right Europe and Asia was completely destroyed by the bombs don't quote me on that cause i think i am wrong
User avatar #63 - fuzzyballs (07/10/2012) [-]
everyting was destroyed, ergo the vaults
the vaults in AMERICA
so it's gonna be in american any way
#56 - Womens Study Major (07/10/2012) [-]
I've seen an official trailer that came out in 2011, and it's being held in San Fransico
User avatar #57 - piehumper (07/10/2012) [-]
i dont know if that was an official trailer being it was made in the fallout new Vegas engine and not a tweaked skyrim engine but San Francisco i didnt even think about that. that would be pretty awesome
User avatar #83 - ghostluver (07/10/2012) [-]
The San Fransisco trailer was fake.
User avatar #62 - iRetaliate (07/10/2012) [-]
New York City would be the absolute best place for a Fallout game.

It would also fit neatly into canon, as I'm sure that that is the "acting seat" of the government of America in the Fallout Universe.
User avatar #123 - piehumper (07/10/2012) [-]
i would love if it were new York but i remember reading on the fallout forums that it was flooded but i have no clue if thats canon but if that is canon then the would be an awesome obstacle kinda like how fallout 3 had very large amount of places with radiation and if you turned on hardcore mode on new Vegas your obstacle was the desert
User avatar #164 - iRetaliate (07/10/2012) [-]
New York is the where the United Nations (which doesn't really exist anymore and is really just a puppet government for the US) is stationed.
User avatar #69 - boogyshadow (07/10/2012) [-]

User avatar #64 - fuzzyballs (07/10/2012) [-]
fallout games have cities, but mainly wasteland
does new york have big open spaces surrounding it?
User avatar #66 - iRetaliate (07/10/2012) [-]
In real life? Yes.

But to make it make sense, the world would have to be huge. You would need to encompass the entire city, and the barren slums and exterior suburbs. As a matter of mention, it's less of a case of urban sprawl than San Francisco.
User avatar #75 - The Captain (07/10/2012) [-]
If you dig deep enough into the ifo on the internet you can find the location, but this time it has come down to 2 places

1. San Francisco
2. The Mojave Wasteland Again!, There have been leaks that Fallout 4 will continue in the mojave wasteland again 2 years after the couriers actions, hence the no "continue ending" DLC...
User avatar #96 - iRetaliate (07/10/2012) [-]
The 2nd one is not going to happen. Nobody would buy it.
User avatar #161 - The Captain (07/10/2012) [-]
well during an iterview with a member of bethesda (i forget who) he said "you'll get no details from me, but the mojave wasteland was a fun place right?"
User avatar #163 - iRetaliate (07/10/2012) [-]
But it wasn't...

New Vegas was notably worse than Fallout 3.
User avatar #170 - The Captain (07/11/2012) [-]
the mojave wasn't bad but i think it could have been better detailed and had more interesting stuff in it...
User avatar #85 - ghostluver (07/10/2012) [-]
i guess thats why Ron Pearl leaves a cliffhanger syaing "The couriers road has come to an end.....for now"
User avatar #86 - ghostluver (07/10/2012) [-]
Why can't i spell today?
User avatar #90 - The Captain (07/10/2012) [-]
its okay, but i think its gonna suck a little bit, having us return to the mojave should be something bethesda does in an DLC not a new game...
User avatar #93 - ghostluver (07/10/2012) [-]
It depends what they do with it. Maybe they'll make it interesting.
User avatar #162 - The Captain (07/10/2012) [-]
hopeful, but im sure they'll make it so only 1 ending (probably NCR) actually happened, so no caesar or house, or yes man....
User avatar #100 - nicholashovis (07/10/2012) [-]
Fallout 3 mentioned some place called the Commonwealth so thats where i think the next one will be. It's where the android is from and where Doctor Lee went to after you get broken steel dlc
User avatar #101 - ghostluver (07/10/2012) [-]
"The Commonwealth" Was pre-war America :P
User avatar #102 - nicholashovis (07/10/2012) [-]
How did doctor Li go to it then. Also its what is left of pre-war Massachusetts.

#59 - Womens Study Major (07/10/2012) [-]
I think I know of the video you speak of. It was a fan made trailer ( and a damn good one at that) but still sadly a fake. I'm pretty certain as to what I've seen in the past games is that it would be in San Fransisco.
#68 - boogyshadow (07/10/2012) [-]

User avatar #115 - violenthandjob (07/10/2012) [-]
Just as a side note I think it'd be pretty cool to see them try southern areas like Texas,Oklahoma,Louisianna, etc. citiies like Houston,Tulsa, and NOLA would be fairly interesting, I think
User avatar #82 - The Captain (07/10/2012) [-]
I would call you a nerd, but seeing as i love Fallout and sadly can't get hold of a copy of any games before 3, i'm gonna call you a Nuka-God

thanks but i'd rather have it in hand, in a box if you get where i'm coming from, i'd rather "have" the game than own it... But thnx for trying to help ^_^
