I personally use modest/def/HP,but it didn't prove to be overly effective,but that may be because He was a substitute water You need to login to view this link works well in cerain situations though.Sludge wave can attack everything at once,and Draco meteor is almost a free kill,it drops its' offense to useless though.

One with maxed out Def and HP for double battles

(Approx) 252 HP, 100 Atk, 78 Def, 80 SpDef
Toxic/Protect/Pain Split/Shadow Sneak
Pretty obvious here. A bit too obvious, but it worked so far.
Espeon @Mind Plate (?) Trait: Magic Bounce
(Approx) 120 HP, 138 SpAtk, 252 Spd
Calm Mind/Reflect/Psychic/Dazzling Gleam
Reflect provides great defense against physical sweepers, doubling the relativley poor 156 Def to 312 Def. Dazzling Gleam against Dark and dragon, works great with Calm Mind.
Zangoose @Toxic Orb Trait: Toxic Boost
Shadow Claw (or Night Slash)/Protect (or Swords Dance)/Facade/Close Combat
Zangoose got piss poor defense stats, means Close Combat penalty doesn't matter. Facade, as formerly mentioned, is my personal signature move for him. How much damage does it deal with Toxic Boost and Facades base 140 when poisoned? it's pretty intense even when not very effective. I dare to say it would even deal good damage to an impish Steelix.
Gliscor @Toxic Orb Trait: Poison Heal
Swords Dance/Roost/Aerial Ace/ Earthquake
Gliscor is being played as wall most of the time. However, this one is being defensive AND offensive. Steelix, provided I use trick room, could go on a rampage with Life Orb and Sheer Force with Adamant nature, so I'm undecided here.
Should I use Scizor I would go for Claydol as Rapid Spinner. Not much planned for Claydol yet, allthough it would mean I'd have two psychic types with Espeon which generally isn't ideal.
For the last slot I've been thinking about Mirror Coat Milotic, but it's still undecided.

greedtheavaricious (02/19/2014) [-] I could try a Baton pass Ninjask, though pretty much everyone knows how to deal with that. It would give great speed and attack to Zangoose or just great attack to Dusknoir (situational), but I'd say I'd say I might need Baton Pass for the ideal mon.
Heh, I suppose just having it on paper doesn't help, and using Espeon, Dusknoir and Zangoose in single battles worked pretty great in two or three battle spot matches.
Probably not that good of an idea now that you know my team, but could we have a battle sometime?
