I'm a writer, and an artist. I love Funnyjunk, and wanted to become part of the community. Figured I'd get some laughs, and make a few friends at the same time

Have to say, the internet is dangerous territory to be flaunting feelings and opinions. One wrong doesn't make a right, either :3

Napoleon fought battles, but did not really kill civilians; he fought with soldiers. Anyways, he lost against the British in the end.

I'm aware. Keep in mind though, the time that the Mongol Horde's raged, was a very different time indeed. Many of the ancient conquering armies burnt and pillaged the lands they captured.

If we're blaming presidents, then I'd probably have to blame Clinton most. He was very much for making banks loan to people they didn't want to give loans to.

hell, allies went want, a couple hundred miles from france over into germany
russia fought over thousands of miles from siberia through russia proper, belorussia, poland then germany

allies whine they lost like 400,000 men in the war, shit the russians lost that per campaign, if anyone paid in blood to win ww2 its the russians
User avatar #74 - phsionix (09/09/2012) [-]
Well, massive casualties isn't exactly whining, as war is terrible on all sides, for all involved. And the Russian war effort and their casualties were also overshadowed by the fact that Stalin was a fucking monster, lol. Ever heard of the road of bones?

we should never have allied with japan, that way when they attacked usa we could decry it and support usa's outrage at it, make japs look worse than us
User avatar #69 - phsionix (09/09/2012) [-]
Scary thought is, if Hitler hadn't of pissed off the Russian's, the Allies might have lost the war. The American's love to take credit for the victory over Hitler, but truth be told, it was the Russian forces that struck that final decisive blow.

In the U.S., a standard sub is 5 dollars. Adding a drink would probably be about $1.50, so a lot cheaper than in Australia I guess.

Ah yes, I've heard horror stories about how games are priced in Australia. Here in the United States at least though, the standard price for a game that is also available via retail is the same as the retail price.
User avatar #50 - phsionix (08/23/2012) [-]
To be honest, most things in Australia are overpriced. I've heard that food is more expensive in the US though. Like, to get a standard footlong sub at Subway and a drink, it's about 12 dollars here. What about over there?
