agreed, they ruin so many games.

I think they had a hand, but Bioware sort of fucked themselves with the story of ME2, 2 and a half years go by and the council just acted like the reapers weren't real instead of preparing for them, then ME3 rolls around, the reapers are here, no one is prepared, and at that point they pretty much had to pull a stunt like the ending to dig themselves out of the massive hole they were in.
Don't get me wrong, I hate the ending with a bloody passion, I'm just saying that bioware screwed their own story pretty well.

Imagine if EA didn't push the deadline for the release?
