Most muscle build enhancers backfire reguarly, take into image.

Old professional wrestler such as the WWE and shit.
When they become old, they get fat, majority of the time.

However a professional MMA fighter, UFC. Will remain in shape even if they quit.

The enhancers truly never BUILD muscle from my experience, it makes them bigger but kinda squishy. My advice, for when you work out is to hit it hard and build some lean muscle. You may be thin, but you will be as powerful as most body builders without looking like a roid user. Not to mention lean muscle burns fat fast, and will keep you in shape as long as you stay active, so that means you wouldn't have to work out as much.

Oh, before I end this. How much weight you can bench press, really doesn't mean anything, you can be MUCH stronger than it seems you are. Dunno the reason for that.

yeah, thanks for the help man, I have quite a bit of strength but don't bench press that much. I'm not going for supplements, fuck that. I dont want to get fat or die from a heart attack

yeah, I try to do that but it's not easy, I used to weigh 200 pounds being 6 feet tall. managed to lose 20 pounds but I still want to lose more weight.

Try getting a bit of protein before and after you workout, such as meaty sandwich. If you want real results, even step up to a protein powder. The max I would recommend is Creatine, it is natural to an extent and has low risks for the results it gives you. The only things you have to worry about when using it, is taking only the recommended doses. See your doctor about it, if you do end up taking know that you should drinks tons of water while using it as it uses your body's water supply much faster.

Most of all, know that if you take shortcuts to getting shredded such as protein powders, steroids, or creatine, once you stop using those, all your muscle will turn to fat.

Muscles can't turn into fat, that's fucking bullshit. Your muscles may get ''sloppy' and you might gain fat, but muscles can;t just turn into fat.

Pro-tip; muscle cannot get converted to fat that's fucking stupid.
Muscle = Amino Acids
Fat = Lipids
That's like converting lead into gold. Just won't happen.
If you want gains, you're better off adjusting the amount of weight you lift. How many reps are you getting out and how many sets?

More protein is essential, but not just before/after workout that's a fucking myth. Just get as much of it as you can throughout the day. If you're going to eat straight before/after a workout you're better off with a piece of fruit so you've got some glucose in your blood stream.

I usually do 4 sets, starting off with 14 reps, to 12, to 10 and finally 8 increasing weight after every set.

Also, when I say '5 reps' I mean you absolutely will not be able to get that 6th rep in. You will be gritting your teeth and telling the bar to go fuck itself.

That means you're working endurance, not strength.

If you want to bulk up; start with a weight where you can only do 5 reps. Work on that until you can get it up to 8 reps then add more weight til you're back down to 5.
Sounds petty, but adding more muscle is about lifting more weight, not about how many reps you do.

Also how's your diet?

thanks ! i'm gonna need to start watching what I eat, but since I go to college, I don't even eat breakfast and usually eat two meals on an entire day(sandwiches at college and supper at home)

I know that feel, I'm at university most days and I have to be up at 6am every day to make it.

Here's what I do;
Go to a supermarket and stock up on tinned tuna (not the tiny cans, the ones with a fair amount of tuna in them) as well as raw vegetables and fruit.
It sounds boring, but these are very easy things to take to college plus if you want to gain weight you'll want to make sure you're getting lots of vitamins and minerals. These might not directly contribute but they're responsible for the systems that put on the muscle. You won't bulk efficiently unless your body is running smoothly.

Pretty much get protein in whenever you have an opportunity. For example if I'm feeling hungry at a supermarket I'll get a small tub of yoghurt. If I'm thirsty, a glass of milk. Just find your own little ways to incorporate protein into every meal of the day

probably try looking for work outs designed for whatever muscle you want to grow, and focus on those for a while
