That's not a joke, it's an actual legal term. An "act of god" means anything beyond human control, like a flood or fire or other natural event. But it can also be interpreted literally, to stop religious folk from making ridiculous claims.

the electric current passing thru the tubes induces a magnetic field, wich makes that chunk of metal fluctuate
not sure where the heat is comming from tho, but i guess it isnt hard to get there with some logical thinking
