Well, I'm planning on building a Braum shield, but I have no idea where to begin.

I'm also planning on making a spirit guard udyr cosplay but I'm not sure on how I should make the beads, or make his belt and manly skirt that he wears over his pants.

For braum, I have this tutorial on hand: imgur.com/a/JfTya

For spirit guard udyr, just search "Large Wood Beads" into google images, I think you'll see what you are looking for. The skirt can be sewn normally, then just take a hula hoop, cut out a small length of it (so there's none showing in the open part of the skirt), and then just sew it into the bottom of the skirt. This will let the skirt hold its shape.
