oh p.s, in the month i have been smoking 2-3 cigs per day i don't think i am addicted at all. Some days i choose not to smoke even when i bring them with me so i think i ain't addicted, don't want to sound too confident about it though, but i think 2-3 or maybe even 4 is a safe number to stay independent.

Oh another tip one that maybe you were looking for not the bullshit i wrote before the one basic thing i did when i tried to lose all that weight was to do a lot of treadmill. And I mean every day for at least 30 minutes at the speed of 9.0 kind of treadmill. It gradually became to 45 at 10.0 at the end of 2 months and i also managed to join a 24km marathon too (didn't do amazing but i finished that thing!) So keep it simple at first like running and some basic home workouts such as pushups, situps and the sort. But most important of all is the running, i think that's the best solution out there for mega weight loss.

Usually the best balance is to lift 3 days a week then run or do your cardio on your off days. There's really no advantage to running for a week beforehand, you could just spend that week teaching yourself proper lifting technique and form.
I don't really have a specific program for you to follow, but that general guideline has always seemed to be good for overall fitness and athleticism.
