it kinda makes me think of sheldon from BBT...how every tiny change makes him start having fits....just FJ sadly doesnt even have a tenth of sheldons IQ

most FJers are autistic to the point that if they asked for doritos and you gave them nachos they'd be banging their fists on the table screaming "thats not what i asked for"

neverrmind they got FREE nachos....theyre pissy they didnt get doritos

That is a very good way of putting things, and i do agree with it that is how about more than 50% of them reacted to the thumb change.

Thankfully the less autistic and sensibile users here had the common decency to go "hey admin, we understand why you wanted to change it but at least use this form instead"

and in all honesty it does look better than the previous one, but it still doesn't mean that more than half of the fjers had to have the reaction of SJWs and Feminists whenever a new 'idea' is brought up. cba honestly

No, di per certo ci sono degli altri, ne ho visti in giro, solo non avranno visto il messaggio, o forse lo hanno visto ed a differenza di quanto ho fatto io non si son presi la briga di creare la sezione italiano e son passati oltre.

Usually the best balance is to lift 3 days a week then run or do your cardio on your off days. There's really no advantage to running for a week beforehand, you could just spend that week teaching yourself proper lifting technique and form.

I don't really have a specific program for you to follow, but that general guideline has always seemed to be good for overall fitness and athleticism.
