that is so fucking true man....i remember one time i was being bullied in school and i got beat up pretty badly in a washroom by 4 guys. they stomped on face pretty hard and i had a broken jaw and my nose couldn't stop bleeding. my dad reported to the school but the school didn't do anything about it. we didn't want to do anything with that school anymore so my dad removed me from the school and put me somewhere else. but i do hate some schools for shit like that.

i remember another time there were kids who were bothering me and the teacher thought i was the one distracting the kids. this kid took me ruler and threw it one the ground. the teacher snapped at me and kicked me out of the class. i ran away from the school, went to the nearest park and hid in a bush until i felt like going back.

man fuck schools like that. shit like this just pisses me off. people who have no fault whatsoever in anything they do, are constantly blamed for everything. this is why i get angry at people sometimes because i don't understand why people don't get it. it's not the kids fault. the kid doesn't know any better.

yeah i'm okay with what you're saying. but probably not a suspension. a suspension is when a kid commits an intentional tort. this wasn't an intentional tort. it was a tort though but accidental. the kid wasn't probably aware if it looks like a bomb or not. he does'nt look old enough to know ho w a bomb exactly looks like. he just wanted to impress the teachers. i don't think a kid should be punished just because the kid wanted to impress a teacher, and in the process he failed to do so because the final project looked different than expected.

you don't go on kijiji, look for a phone to buy, then go to the seller and when it turns out different from what it looked like, you start beating up the seller? its the same concept here. the project that was intended to be made turned out to be different than expected, although it was functional and efficient, the design wasn't impressive and just because of that, no one deserves a punishment even just a little suspension.

Yeah but try thinking back to your school. I bet they must have suspended some students for like the stupidest shit, cause I remember my school did. They would find anything intentional even if it wasn't, was just saying I do agree with you he did not deserve to be punished at all but, if it was a student of a different ethnic background the school would have only suspended him.
