How is that even relevant? We're talking about a rich person paying an actual handicapped person to accompany them to disneyworld, so that they can get privileges. Giving that handicapped person a chance to do something they'd probably never get another chance to do (and make some money in the process, which is quite a blessing for someone handicapped).
