okay, as someone who is depressed, you dont get it. when I was a kid, I couldn't get help, I couldn't tell my parents, and I couldn't see a doctor without them, I cant afford a nice vacation, and getting over it isnt an option. And a lot of people dont do it for attention, i never told a single sole that i cut, it wasn't until my parents confronted me that anyone knew, so people dont choose to be depressed for attention, and until you have been depressed, you'll know nothing about it
