I'm not sure if you just want pure comedy SoL like lucky star and K-ON or SoL in a wide sense including drama, supernatural and harem.

I don't know what you have watched so i'll just name some of my favorite slice of life anime:
Haruhi, Clannad, Ouran highschool host club, Shuffle, School days, Minami-ke, Karin, School rumble and Nichijou.

I haven't seen Azumanga Daioh but its considered to be the greatest SoL in the comedy catagory like K-ON and Lucky Star.

Well there's always the mother of all SoL anime, Azumanga Daioh. Other than that, there is Nichijou, Squid Girl, NHK is kind of SoLy. I've also heard good things about Mitsudomoe, and SZS but I've never seen them myself.
