It's just a term coined to explain the frustration of it. That's why I said there's a "hell" like feeling to it meaning hard and frustrating. We could call it ELOdifficult. Definitely be more accurate xP

Wrong, a ELO "hell" like does exist because of the way ELO matching works. ELO matchmaking essentially sets you up for failure by finding people with higher ELO than you and when you are in the 1100-1299 range, you generally get fresh 30's who have never seriously worked as a team and might not even have all the correct runes. Not saying that every single player is like that, but it is a major majority.

You are right about the native ELO, it takes many games to get you where you belong.

that's extremely contradictory. For that to work like that, than the server would literally have to pick you out. If you get put against people with higher elo, than what about the players on the other side? Why would they get stuck with people with lower elo? There are more than enough people claiming to be in "elo hell" for the server to just find people with your elo.
