I am a Barcelona fan, I actually set this icon in 2011 when I made my account and Chelsea had knocked us out of the CL, my dad likes Bayern and in terms of German teams it's the one I liked most and I figured I had enough Barca support in my repertoire, haven't changed it since then. I'm Colombian by the way so the European support doesn't really conflict with my local teams.

As in the metaphor, guilt has already been proved. They are in the park without paying, thus they are guilty and will be removed. Aliens are in the country illegally and will thus be deported.
You are still taking the metaphor farther than it needs to be taken for it to work. Stop it.

Except they wouldn't because metaphor is a concept that is understood. By most people. Not all, apparently, but most. Everything about the two does not need to mesh for the comparison to stand. That isn't hard to grasp, usually.
More importantly, why would what a judge or a lawyer have to say even matter here? It's a metaphor to explain to stubborn and/or foolish people why blaming the government for deporting illegal immigrants makes no sense. For its purpose it is completely sound. No-one has mentioned taking it before a judge and jury, you've just pushed it into the scenario where it doesn't belong.
Again, the why is irrelevant. Illegal entry, forced removal, laying of blame. Comparison checks out.

The liberal is anyone in this scenario who thinks the reason for which the law is being broken should change the outcome.

But if you're so concerned about the law why determine their guilt before their innocence is proved, as with any other breaking of the law, no matter how blatant. In court, there are mitigating and aggravating factors that effect the turnout.

As far as the comparison is concerned, yes. Both are bordered zones wherein entry is heavily controlled. Certain requirements must be met for legal entry into those zones. If you don't meet those requirements you are to be removed immediately. If you are removed for not meeting the requirements it is not the fault of those who remove you.
That's as far as the likeness needs to reach for the comparison to work, and it does so fairly well.

That's some impressive mental cartwheeling you just did there buddy boy.
Disneyland and Disneyworld are theme parks, specifically entertainment geared attractions in which currency is exchanged so as to participate in said entertainment anf fantasy, in short? It's a business offering a product. The DACA situation are men and women who for whatever reason felt Mexico and South America to be uninhabitable for their children to live and thrive.
No one is trying to live at Disneyland. No one is Seeking a form of Refuge from Disneyland.
The United States of America is not a business.

Metaphors do not have to mesh perfectly. They are used to illustrate a point by making a simple comparison. The point is illustrated perfectly well. It works for what it is. All of this is immaterial.
Every metaphor breaks down if you continue the comparison beyond what is needed. This one is no different. This does not require mental cartwheeling to understand, though it does require a
brain

If you're gonna discuss things made only possible by humans and their motivations it must also be taken into account that people have differing motivations for going to these two places, as it would in court, a judge would laugh at a lawyer bringing up Disney world in an immigration case (probably not literally laugh but he'd question that lawyers' ability to build a strong argument)
