I don't consider false rape allegations to be rape, if that helps clarify my position. Drunken sex is just that. There are exceptional circumstances, but a lot of people clearly just want to avoid responsibility for their actions. My cousin's friend was accused of rape when he had sex with a girl in college and her bf found out. She accused him so her bf wouldn't be mad at her. Eventually she came clean to the dean when she found out he could be charged and imprisoned for her bullshit.

That's a poorly presented point.
Rape is always the fault of the rapist, no exceptions. The second example you gave is not rape because consent cannot be revoked after the event.
What I think you were trying to say is Blame =/= Responsibility. It is the personal responsibility of every individual to keep safe but if they are the victim of the crime the perpetrator is still to blame.

You are incredibly wrong, there. Space does have gravity. That's why you orbit planets, you have to continually miss the planet to stay in space.
Also, space is not a vacuum. It is not empty. There are tiny particles in space, in fact enough that sound can travel short distances very inefficiently, but people can, in fact, hear you scream in space.
But your comment has a major flaw; you assume that he was talking about being in space. he wasn't, he just mentioned a vacuum, which is very possible to make on earth. If you placed portals like in the GIF, in a vacuum chamber, with infinite time, it is theoretically possible to reach a fraction of light speed so high, that the difference is irrelevant (just like how 0.999 repeating=1). But, the instant an object moving that fast hits just a single particle, a thermonuclear explosion would happen, obliterating whatever city the experiment took place in.

Light speed is theoretically impossible to reach with anything that has mass. The principle behind the equation E=mC^2 states that the more energy you put into moving an object, the more massive it becomes, thus as you appoach the speed of light, you approach infinite mass thus infinite inertia. You can get close to the speed of light, but never hit it.
