Correct me if I'm wrong but I'm guessing your country has incredibly high taxes.

The rich pay more, but because they're rich they still end up with a good amount of money after heavy taxing
The poor pay less, but because they pay less they still have an appropriate amount of money left after taxing
well I suppose most countries have progressive taxing so there's really no need to explain it
Even if taxing is relatively high in welfare states, the profits that come with it make up for it easily.
"Oh you get free education and governmental allowances and free healthcare, haha the jokes on you because you gotta pay high taxes!"
It's not like people are paying an arm and a leg for their taxes. "High taxing" doesn't mean much because it's never high enough to actually be a burden for the citizens, especially when it's progressive taxing like most welfare states have. Incredibly high taxes seems badly worded and gives the wrong idea. Relatively high taxes would seem like better description because even though the taxes are high in comparison to other countries, they're still not all that high

not like the US, where the most wealthy barely pay taxes while public services are squeezed dry to make way for military spending and bank bailouts.

Funny how you think HoN is worse than DotA considering it definitely has the best gameplay out of all the MOBAs... Yes HoN copied DotA 1 but IceFrog was on board so that makes sense. And now they have 60+ original heroes. Not to mention many of the game mechanics and UI from HoN is being copied by DotA 2...
#340 - kameethechosenone (06/02/2013) [-]
what are you talking about, what is copied from HoN into Dota 2, Dota 2 UI is just as similar to HoN as it is similar to StarCraft 2, HoN has the heroes copied from DotA but they are not patched the same way as DotA is, S2 is releasing the most imba heroes ever, that game is fucking dying, HoN does what Dota 2 does just much worse, if you think Dota 2 is copying HoN maybe it is because of the lot of community suggestions that maybe inspired by that game, altough i still don't know what you are talking about

DotA also copied League of Legends, so both of you faggots can shut the fuck up. Go to the League website and download it, I guarantee you it is many times better than fucking DotA and HoN combined. Or, you could continue being immature little twelve year olds, and refuse to acknowledge that League of Legends is the best one of those three. It really doesn't affect me, I'm just trying to help you grow up.
