Its like an account that you send a message to and they post it for you. My highschool had one for a little while. It was for crushes and confessions that you were afraid to admit to. So if you send the message its anonymous but he posted it to the wall instead so everyone saw that he posted it himself. He most likely did it because hes lonely and wants people to think someone cares about him. The likes are probably from people laughing at himZ
