Not going to start a shit storm. I just think it sucks that FunnyJunk has stolen everything from 4chan. As soon as 4chan added word filters, so did FJ. When they took off the word filters, so did FJ. Now there's blue text on FJ to match 4chan's green text. Nothing is original anymore on here.

FunnyJunk still has word filters. Even now you can see A­dmin filters to "Kony, the Ugandan hero". And even so, Kony, the Ugandan hero removed most of them because they were annoying and we wanted them gone. We can get around them anyway. Nothing was copied here.

Also, your comment that said he was using green text wrong, he isn't. He's using it very right actually.

Kony, the Ugandan hero is the only wordfilter and it's a name. i know that it does nothing on here to put ">" before something and that's exactly my point. people act like they're from 4chan because that's "cool" on this site. green text is to quote something that someone said. he's using it wrong.

Green text is not only used to quote someone.

You're not using it the way it was intended. And it's pointless to do it on FJ. It doesnt even make the text green. It just makes people who use it here look retarded to other people.

here's a little bit of the 4chan FAQs that tell you you're wrong and cancer.

"To quote a portion of text, simply place a pointer (">") in front of the text you wish to highlight (ex. ">This is a quote"). To link to and highlight an entire post, place two pointers in front of its unique post number (ex. ">>210981")

It originated from 4chan and it doesnt make sense to try and use it here seeing as it doesn't work.

How long have you been on the internet? Seriously? Green text has no specific use on the internet. It wasn't intended to quote, since we could use somwthing called "Quotation marks".

It's just used to quote people. It's not meant to specifically used like that. That's why it's used to indicate stupidity and implications too.
