I would say so from my point of view. At first it was just talking at work for a few months and she would keep asking me if I was doing anything after work or if I was going to prom. I would usually say I'm just gonna chill and do nothing or I might not go to prom, I'm a pretty lame person. She would tell me that I wasn't lame. When I did ask her to prom she said sure and since then every time I've seen her at work we talk, I help her with her stuff, and when her or I leave she usually initiates a hug. There's a whole lot of other things I could say but then this would get lengthy.
