The OCCO is about keeping a channel for strictly oc. OCCO will upload posts into its channel for updating the rules or notifications.
If you have a rule suggestion/problem send a message and it will be noted. If you see someone reposting in the OCCO, please report it in the comments(Post link to original if you can) then send a message and it will be noted.
