| Brains do regenerate, just at a slow pace. Parkinson's is simply faster. That's very sad, and for sharing that I'll share my experience with a degenerative brain illness known as Alzheimer's. My grandfather had an identical twin brother who was absolutely best friends with and they did everything with. My grandfather is named Don and his brother, my great uncle was Ron. I know real original naming. Ron married a woman named Linda. They were absolutely madly in love where you could just feel they belonged together, however about eight years ago at a big family reunion we noticed that Linda forgot who my mother was, the first indication of Alzheimer's they had seen. Four years ago she got to the point where she remembered no-one and became hostile easily. My uncle Ron was losing health because of the physical and emotional effort it took to take care of losing a woman who was your everything. Linda was moved to a home but my uncle was never the same. He died last year because he lost all will to carry on at all. The funeral was across the country and the same place where the home Linda is in. We went through the funeral and after we went to the with my Mother, myself, my grandfather Don, and Kathy. We knew we couldn't tell her he had died because she wouldn't know who we were talking about. We just sat 'visiting' for a while and when we told her we would be leaving she grabbed my grandfather's arm keep in mind he was identical twins with her husband and she starts crying looking and him and says what I won't forget "Ron, I never deserved someone like you, you have made my life so wonderfully happy and I will always love you." and that really really fucked me up. #75 -

| Does it ever stop getting worse or just keeps going to you die? And what does it really do in higher stages besides make you shake? It doesn't stop getting worse, it's a degenerative brain disease, and since brains don't regenerate it can't really get better only slow down. And you lose the ability to function piece by piece. My grandfather can no longer move most of the fingers on his right hand, he is losing his voice, he cannot sit up/stand up/turn over/even shift himself upwards better onto his pillow on his own, he can't really cut his food much although he can feed himself as long as it's within reach. Sometimes he can't stop his arm from from flinging back and forth at the elbow. He can only walk short distances with someone to help him and with a walker, anything more than across the room he needs a wheel chair. He can't go to the bathroom himself since he needs help to get his pants off/sit down/get back up/get his pants back on. If he gets a bad chest cold (or especially something like pneumonia or bronchitis) it could kill him simply because he doesn't have the muscle mass in his chest to cough up that kind of fluid anymore. He would never survive another surgery for similar reasons. The one silver lining is that (other than a couple moments from bad medication mixes), it hasn't affected him mentally really in the sense that he still remembers everything and can think clearly enough. | Yeah, I have a few. Most of them being on netflix. Here's a few: VHS - Made by BloodyDisgusting, it's a mash-up of short stories. Some are amazing, some are meh, but in general I really like it. The Honeymoon - a newlywed couple goes on a honeymoon when the wife starts acting strangely. All I can really say. The Houses October Built - a group of friends goes on a nation-wide roadtrip to find the scariest haunted houses they can. Gets creepy fast. I can dig up some others, but those are the good ones I've seen recently. Do you have any favorites? Going to my IMDb list of ratings, Intruders is one of the highest ratings I've given to a horror movie, it's with Clive Owen and from what I remember gets a bit psychological. The Tall Man with Jessica Biel I feel like isn't that great of a crime horror, but I remember liking it quite a bit. The Awakening was a cool period paranormal movie. The first time I watched The Skeleton Key I was alone and in the dark, so the atmosphere was really good in that one. Mother's Day was a good sadistic family horror. Oh, Dread I really really liked, looks at fears. And I feel like that's probably enough to list off randomly here lol | ||

| I watch a lot of not-popular horror movies in an ongoing effort to find good ones and it happens quite often there, or at least seems to. There's also a couple popular shows it appears in, namely The Walking Dead (legitimate spoilers) where 4 of 6 important black men have died, and it seems like the only two that haven't are going to die this season. One of the two still alive has been in maybe 4 episodes total, and the other is one of the newest members of the group. So black men have an awful track record in that show. Yeah, I have a few. Well, while still awesome, I do have to laugh at the fact that you purposefully described your wand as shooting off prematurely haha. And hey, if you're looking for more to do feel free to make me a wand and I will forever think you're awesome. No pressure though, it'd just be something cool to have.
The only reason I could do this was because it was simple, but I'd gladly try! Remind me of what wand you've got, and what kind of design you have in mind and I'll try to make something out of it.
Oh and my username is CloakRune13693, if you feel like adding me.

11 3/4 inches, Apple wood with unicorn hair core and rigid. I don't have anything in mind really since I'd be happy with anything, but maybe something a little more natural than yours? If that makes sense. I added you, and feel free to message me with more questions if you want more direction, but it's honestly up to you because you're amazing for just doing it haha.

Man, I will try to work on it but I have realized how bad Pottermore tests are. Reading up on all wood types, I realize how important the personality is, and how little the tests says about your personality. My wand, and my friend's, doesn't fit at all.
In other words, it's better to go through all types of wood, pick a couple which ideal master fits you to at least some degree, ask those who know you the best which one of those fits you best, then make up your mind depending on what they say.
So, with that in mind I discussed with my friends and my family, and concluded that Red Oak or Dogwood fit me best, which means I must re-design my own wand. However, while I do that I'll try to do yous at the same time

Well apple does fit me relatively well. I don't consider myself particularly charming, but I get along with anyone. And I do really love animals. Cedar would work really well for me too, as would ash, both because I am really stubborn/loyal (hence the rigid aspect, and even the unicorn core). So you can take what you want from that.
And no worries about my wand. It's completely on your schedule, like I said before I'm just happy to get one, so I don't mind waiting.
