So Community college is the same as just college in Scotland.
Its weird how a community college in the US is portrayed for drop outs and dumb fucks though, but in Scotland its shown as people that need more for a job but not as much as a degree (Like Plumbing, Joinery etc)

A lot of people go to community colleges and take the classes cheaper than it would cost to take at a university, and then transfer the credits they get for taking those classes to a different/better school (like a university) should they choose to further their education

Don't know. The hacks were pretty cool tho. In light platinum you get most pokemon from gen1 to gen5...only thing the autor needs to fix are the dragon encounter zones.
