No no I understand where you are coming from completely. Like I said, it's not like I can't fap to NTR I just have a very strict moral rule of thumb. If the guy didn't "deserve" it I won't fap to it. For example take (actual plot spoilers to an NTR Doujin) MTSP and Jin's Tachibana-san's Circumstances With a Man doujin. I love the art, it is perfect in my eyes, but when the NTR chapter/arc pops up and the guys drug the MC then essentially rape and NTR the girls I am physically repulsed. My shoulders and neck tense up in a rage so I can never fap to it. Of course other NTR works where the guy is a major pussy/beta lord, like in Netoraserare who are just asking for it, I can fap to it all day long b/c its hilarious. It's really up to the reader to draw the line, and for me the line is drawn pretty clear.
