I recommend just running around Tundra express killing the bugs then save and quit and repeat, as it takes awhile actually.

oh! You have to get Open Wide! completed and it will "unlock" another shotgun challenge. Also you have to complete the rocket launcher one that is about splash damage, and that will unlock another rocket launcher one. But thats all.

You don't have to do any level ones or vault symbol ones, only for weapons, shields, damage, stuff like that.

There's lots of videos and guides on the internet

main thing is to sit in a comfortable position in a very quiet room and try and clear you mind, concentrate on your breathing then it should come to you.
