I'm 135lbs because I have <10% body fat on an otherwise average, not-super-fit body. So a guy of my build with normal body fat (defined as 18-24%) would weigh like 150-ish.

5'11". Average weight would be 150-160, with 18-24% body fat.

We'll pick 155 with 21%, since it's right in the middle.

Let's say I'm 10% body fat. So 11% less than normal. My weight should be 89% of normal. Using those numbers, I should weigh 138.

You say that, yet you heavily imply by your previous posts that falling outside the average is a bad thing.

Being above average is a bad thing, unless that weight is from muscle weight, not fat. If you're over weight because of extra fat, that's bad.

And it goes the other way too. Being under the average is a bad thing, unless it's weight lost from fat. If you're under weight because you're missing muscle mass, that's bad.

My point with all the numbers is just to show that me being underweight is not the "bad" underweight. I'm not the type to post shirtless selfies, so I use numbers instead.

I generally don't like to make unsupported claims (unless it's 3am and I'm sleep deprived, apparently).
