Beat up hundreds of these pokemon and watch your stats raise. I actually just stopped having pokerus this afternoon.

there really isn't an advantage in story mode, it's really just an easier way to EV train and shit

Spread it to a few pokemon that you wont use on your team. Leave them in the PC until you wanna use pokerus for training. The pokemon that are already infected will still get the EV boost from it even after its gone, they just wont be able to spread it. Whenever you want to spread it, take the PC pokemon out and spread it to the team you want.

The pokemon with pokerus that you leave in the PC wont lose pokerus as long as theyre in there and not out for over a day.
