Don't you think that is something you should know, anything you do in life should have some reason other than "because somebody told me too". why are you supporting Admin so blindly. you choose to do this job without question, you ban people because he says its good, but has he shown you any statistics as to the benefits and what is this even befitting, other than his word, and who is this even benefiting because the community obviously hates these new rules. Its like if some guy told you to go shoot anyone why was wearing the color red, that's probable something you should question.

That's idiotic. You can't put a price on a human life. No one deserves to die.

Anyway, if I didn't believe that doing this is the right thing then I wouldn't do it. Why would addy hire a bunch of users to ban people? If we did it for no reason then everyone would just leave FJ and he wouldn't be making any money. The reason he told us is because Google doesn't like smut websites. So they don't want to advertise on them. Which means FJ as no income which ends in the site shutting down. I take this "job" seriously and if boss man says flag things that Google doesn't like then I have to do it. I don't want to ban people, but if I have to I will. Plus it's not like it's forever. It's 1 hour. It used to be a life time ban so things have gotten better in that department.

Plus he is being way to extreme, i mean have you been to YouTube; they have girls in bikinis, dildos, naked art, and not only do they have Google ads up the ******* ass, the sites owned by Google and those videos don't get banned.

1. We don't get paid. I said hire because I take this as seriously as a paying job.
2. We were making money via Ads, but Google is bitch to addy about all these gore and porn on the site. So he needs to take care of it with us.
3. Addy has no power over what Google puts as their ads. From what I've seen, they find key words and then put ads around it So I guess putting sexy words on a content means Googles ad engine thinks it's a porn site? I'm not sure on that.
4. I feel you on that. I honestly believe that these rules are too much, but I'd rather see users get a hour ban than the site being shut down.

I honestly don't know all the details. I just have a good guess. Ask addy, ragingbrony or phanny pack. They might have a better idea than I do.
