 I'm talking about someone that wasnt on the list before they were falsely accused. If they did in fact commit an offence in the past, and was put on the list, then yeah leave them on the list. Unless the past case was something stupid, like getting drunk and pissing on a tree. Cus that shit can land you on the sex offender list.
