The only other thing I can think of is stretching and showering right before, that way your body relaxes as much as possible and then once you have the rhythm of the breathing down, you start at the crown of your skull and work your way down relaxing each muscle group one at a time. Should be a one-two sleepytime combo and knock you right the fuck out. | ||
