A lack of fear, an underlying human response, is a clear sign of Psychosis. If you say you lack fear (you don't, by the way, you edgy fuck) then yes, you have some form of psychosis.

Fear is most definitely a thing I'm scared shitless of some pretty irrational stuff, not finding a game with the same jump scare over and over does not make me a psychopath though.

Then you've missed the point of the game, you haven't played it at all. Five Nights at Freddy's is about the tension and paranoia caused by the characters and their behavior, not the failstate. The jumpscares are there so that you have a reason to be afraid of them.

It doesn't incite fear. There's no sense of danger. You know exactly what is coming, and what the end result is every time. The same amount of surprise could be brought by forcing someone to stare at a blank screen for 5 minutes, and at a random time a really loud "QUACK" happens as a duck pops up. It just makes you jump.

To be honest, it's a bit cheap kind of horror, like in slender. It's more of a 'when will the clown jump out of the box' kind of thing rather than real horror like Amnesia. You only feel the tension because something might come out and start screaming. In other words, you're scared only because you know that something will come and try to scare you, but you don't know when.

sender is crap cus it's just "go to the place, get the thing" and the only strategy is a map
5 days is crazy cus you have to manage 2 different places at the same time while looking at another place while being careful not to close both doors cus then you instantly die
all the while being under extreme stress

and the jumpscares aren't weak, jumpscares are REALLY FUCKING SCARY when they're done right. as an example when you run out of power at 5 am, and then freddy stares at you with the music, then the light goes completley off. you dont know when he's gonna come out and you just know he's gonna go abloogy woogy woo but you don't know when, and ITS ACTUALLY TENSE AS FUCK

It's not "I won't sleep for weeks" scary. It's "pretty disturbing atmosphere" scary. Ok, not even scary, it's just... you know, it has a very good design and it can make you a bit tense with something more than just sudden screams and freaky things which appear on screen.

The design of the castle, the monsters, it's more... unsettling than 'downright scary'. I believe that any game can be 'scary' since the only thing you can be really afraid of in a game is losing, right? But it's not like it's gonna be a traumatic experience or something. That's why horror games don't 'work' on me, they just get me in a good mood for some thrill. And Amnesia is the best thing for that so far.

Its hard to get scared when your enemies look like henchmen from a low budget disney rip off that just scream in your ear. It was made for people like pewdiepie to play just like pretty much every other horror games since he became a big deal.
