 Well yeah, but if you want to grind out the elite 4 to level up your horde of magikarps and caterpies (it is not fun) you want something to be maxed out. In competitive anything less that 100 is worthless anyway. | ||

| Well if you're completing the pokedex it's nice to have something you can use to annihilate any wild mons you encounter you don't want. I got my level 100 greninja that way. #12 -

You won't get too far with a Lvl. 100 Blastoise even with perfect IV's and EV's and STD's or whatever when your pal Geg has a full team of Lvl. 100's, each with different roles to play. One lv 80 can wipe out a whole team of 60's no problem, even if some of them have type advantage. There's almost no reason to lv up any other pokemon unless you just feel like making the game last longer. | ||
