trying haha. Got a bike regimen set up since running just kills my knees. also starting college in a few months and it's got a high intensity acting program stage combat, dancing, and stress , so I should be losing pounds pretty soon

I'm completely serious. I need some sort of guidance and inspiration.

I promised myself that I'd do shit this summer, but I didn't do any of it. I worked out for a week, and by work out, I mean walk up and down the road a couple of times.. I live in the middle of nowhere, rural area. Retirement community.

We buy nothing but cheap, fatty food because it's easy to prepare and cheap to buy in bulk..

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

First off, join a gym. Don't question it, don't give excuses, join a gym. And one with free weights. Do Starting Strength by Mark Rippetoe. Read the book. Trust me.

Second: Learn to count calories. There's several good apps to do it with. It's only hard in the beginning. Nothing to be ashamed of, either.

Start with this, PM me when you feel you're stuck. It's not that hard, seriously.
