 Good to see someone's taking a legal side, while she didn't kill the man, she did coerce him into suicide, which can be argued for homicide it had no actus reus, which emans it cannot be prove she KILLED him, because he killed hismelf, she wanted him dead, but she did not do it herself, a guilty mind without the guilty body means there is no case, but it can be proven with manslaughter.  She didn't coerce him, she just told him what to do. He had to obligation to listen to her. She's a bitch and deserves hell, but this can't be prosecuted criminally for exactly the reason you stated: no actus reas. | ||
