Riot wasn't going to have that and obliterated her starcall and placed a cost on her mana infuse. They reigned in mid ap soraka but they utterly destroyed her supporting capabilities. She was already on her last leg in the supporting field. They did buff her ability to heal but immediately nerfed it in the next patch. Had to wait, I think, 4 months just to get a rework.
